Pentax K2000 Announced
PENTAX UK is pleased to announce the launch of the PENTAX digital SLR km. Designed primarily for beginning digital SLR photographers offer simplified, user friendly and easy to handle, compact and lightweight.
The Pentax Km was developed to allow users first DSLR and family photographers to enjoy the digital SLR picture quality easily. The camera features an improved version of the PENTAX Auto Picture mode that automatically detects the type of object or scene, and the mode for the photographer. It also has a number of advanced features and sophisticated functions – including the innovative mechanism in the body to reduce vibration – to help the photographer. It also offers a compact and lightweight, designed by incorporating PENTAX’s advanced reduction.
With the Pentax Km, Pentax will also launch two DA L-series interchangeable zoom lenses: the smc PENTAX-DA L 18-55mmF3.5-5.6AL and the smc PENTAX-DA L 50-200mmF4-5.6ED. Designed for exclusive use with Pentax digital SLR cameras, these lenses DA L-series are designed to be more compact and lighter than their conventional counterparts, without sacrificing any of the exceptional optical performance common to all Pentax lenses.
