The Netbook Computer, Perfect Portability for Students
Netbooks can be found in cafes, bookstores, and in the classroom. It seems that the compact netbook was designed to be very popular in the night.
What exactly is a Netbook computer?
Netbooks typically have screens of 10 to 12 inches, depending on Windows or Linux operating systems, and often sell for under $ 400. As its name suggests, the main function is to keep the netbook easily connected to the network – anywhere, anytime.
Asus has created one of the first line when they introduced the netbook ASUS Eee PC in fall 2007. However, the popularity of netbooks broke when we saw the great demand for laptops only. There are now many computer companies like HP, Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo … making all these little laptops. So much so, that the netbook computers have become the fastest growing industry in mobile computing.
Why is there such a craze on the compact netbook? Perhaps the answer lies in our constant need for ever greater mobility. We want a laptop that will help us be connected to the Web, but compact and light enough to wear all day. A truly ultra-portable computer that offers easy access to the Internet.
